Ejari Services Dubai

Ejari means 'my rent' in Arabic. It's Dubai's official tenancy contract registration system managed by RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency). Ejari is legally required for all Dubai rentals and needed for visa sponsorship, DEWA connection, trade license, school enrollment, and as proof of address.

Required documents: 1) Signed tenancy contract (original), 2) Landlord's passport and Emirates ID copy, 3) Tenant's passport and Emirates ID copy, 4) Title deed or Oqood (for off-plan), 5) Security deposit receipt (optional but recommended). For commercial Ejari, trade license is also needed.

Ejari registration takes just 15-30 minutes when all documents are ready. We offer same-day certificate delivery for applications submitted before 3 PM. Certificate is sent digitally and can be used immediately for visa, DEWA, or other purposes.
